Policy

Lead Time

Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 24 hours in advance for cold catering and 48 hours for hot catering. Requests received under the minimum guidelines will be delivered at our earliest time slot available which may be within a 90 minute window from your requested time of delivery, due to the established schedule of the day.

Please note that items ordered under the minimum time frame may be subject to menu changes based on availability.

Pickups

All caterings come with the necessary utensils for the events. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please call to notify us of any changes. If we are unable to pick-up equipment, it may be charged to your department.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be fully charged if those items are already in production.

Additional Services

We at your Catering department are happy to provide you with any additional services you may need. Wait-Staff, Balloons, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China, Venue Rental and Entertainment! All can be arranged for your gathering. For more information contact your Catering Team.

Delivery

To insure prompt delivery, please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance. Please place all orders by 3:00 p.m. for next day delivery.

Last Minute Orders

We will always accept last minute orders, however, menu selection and delivery time must be flexible. Orders are delivered in the order they are taken.

Service Charge / Labor Charge

Any additional labor costs and a 10% service fee, will be added to all events scheduled outside of normal delivery hours 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Ordering Information

Please complete your order online. A copy will be emailed to the cafe and the requestor. We will not accept orders via the telephone, however if you need help, call us and we can assist you. All orders require written confirmation before delivery.
